Production Controller - CONUS

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration (BBA or BA) or similar field and/or an equivalent combination of skills and experiences equal to eight (8) years of highly customized management experience.
This position requires proven experience in project and program management, business development, contract negotiations, budget and human resources management.
MBA preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, this position will be responsible for the management of the operations required for the completion of VVIP, Green, Refurbishments, and Maintenance of aircraft.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: AWR Pricing, Submission, and Completion: Ability to write AWRs for clients and customers, explain AWRs to customer, and responsible to complete each AWR to high quality standards.
Compliance of FAA Repair Station Regulations: Oversee and support the Q/A Office and Chief Inspector with regard to the compliance of OPS Manual.
Customer Loyalty: Responsible for delivering highest quality to ensure customer loyalty is developed.
Oversee customer relations and ongoing relationships.
Employee Development: Ability to spend time with employees to help develop necessary job skills and personal development goals.
Operational Excellence: Oversee and ensure highest quality and excellence in every process at KING AEROSPACE.
Profitable Production: Ability to budget and track man hours, production, and budgets strategically and with the ability to deliver profit on multiple projects.
Proposal Development: Ability to work hands-on with administration in the development of proposals and delivery to clients.
Risk Mitigation/Management: Ability to strategically and proactively see possible risks and effectively manage and mitigate them.
Strong Business Acumen: Ability to consistently exercise sound judgment and compile information from various sources to develop strategic alternatives.
Successful Contract Execution: Ability to execute contracts while successfully maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing financial risk.
Vendor Relations: Ability to communicate with vendors to develop relationships that ensure mutual respect with regard to developing a schedule and other aspects of the vendor relationship.
LANGUAGE (COMMUNICATION) ABILITY: This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations, and the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.
This position must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATH ABILITY: This position requires the ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra, fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to analyze and organize information, problems, situations, practices and procedures, and people in a systematic way that optimizes the efficiency and minimizes duplication efforts.
Skilled in perceiving and defining cause and effect relationships and skilled in coordinating resources by determining time, place, and sequence of actions to be taken based on the given data.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Required Software: Microsoft Office; including components of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project Management.
Preferred Software: MISA and Microsoft Access.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A&P Mechanic, Inspection Authorization preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level is usually moderate and this position is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or more up to 25 pounds.
This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
