, a local non-profit dedicated to helping people age successfully, is looking for a warm and enthusiastic person for our Guest Coordinator position.
As the initial point of contact for our organization, this position requires a welcoming personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable multi-tasking, handling calls and walk-in visitors seeking information, and a variety of administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent phone skills
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ability to learn database programs)
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to take calls in English and Spanish as needed.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
* Associate degree preferred, but not required.
Experience in similar position will stand for education.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay, complete benefits package including paid holidays, health plan, and 401(k).
