*Responsibilities:* * Provide top-notch administrative support to one of our Community Association Managers to help us achieve our management goals.
* Assist in managing communications, scheduling, and documentation.
* Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
* Provide customer support to our clients and customers.
*Requirements:* * Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Be available for work in the afternoons between noon and 5:30 pm.
* Required Wednesday morning meetings.
* Occasional evening and weekend meetings.
