I don't want to sell but have to.
Needed a truck.
I've owned her for four years.
Purchased with 95,000 and now it has 112,000.
I have a service card and receipts if needed.
When purchased we did a full 100,000 mile maintenance.
Tune up, filters, oil, drained all fluids including brakes.
A little over a year ago we installed the complete top hydraulics, new pump, and both hydraulic units for top to function as normal.
A new top was also installed.
The only part of the top that was not replaced was the up lock.
It works well and is easy to get to if it needs to be replaced.
T.
he most important part of the top replacement is the crazy way BMW placed the pump in a well behind the drivers seat.
It was very difficult to get to.
We moved it to the trunk.
Should it malfunction nothing has to be taken out of the interior to get to it.
Of course being 20 year's old there are a couple of nicks, there is a scratch under the passenger door but it's hard to see.
The clear coat around the radio antenna has peeled about two
inches.
There are a couple of easy ways to repair.
A new base that holds the antenna could be put in place.
In the last month one of the two cam sensor switches failed.
We replaced both of them.
The complete pcv valve assembly has been replaced.
This car zooms.
Oil was last changed two weeks ago.
She has always been garage kept, sure hope the new owner can do the same.
