assists drivers in safe operation of routes.

Bus Attendants will be responsible for:
Greets all passengers in the loading areas in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
Keeps complete focus on their area and other monitors other team member’s activities and
communicates effectively instructions as they become available.
Facilitates and assists ADA passengers to the rental car company counters in the CSB as well as the
airline ticket counters at the Will Rogers World Airport.
Keeps the loading areas clear of all items that could pose a safety danger to the staff or passengers and
reports to their supervisor immediately.
Notifies road supervisors/management of deviations, overloads, accidents, passenger incidents,
medical/behavioral problems.
Works in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or management.
Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Early morning availability
Judgement/problem solving skills
Ability to manage high degrees of stress
Must have excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
Must be available to work shifts that can start at any hour (24 hours) and on any day.
Must read and understand bus rotation and customer service plan and maps.
Must be able to work without direct supervision and in a team oriented environment.
Must be able to stand outdoors in widely varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
