At ACCP our core functions are to design creative products while leveraging our global contract manufactures (9 countries, 40 plants) to deliver quality products.
We source, ship, and store our own products.
This enables us to closely monitor the product development and manage the various operations processes including sourcing, demand planning, procurement, global supply chain and logistics, customer service, and warehouse management.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Operate and inspect industrial vehicles and equipment.
* Utilizes a Net Suite hand scanner for receiving product, internal movement, pulling orders, and cycle counts.
* Load and unload designated trailers with forklift.
* Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
* Move product and/or materials manually as required.
* Manually cleaning, sorting, or arranging product
* QC responsibilities across the warehouse
* Works with operations manager to investigate any discrepancies with shipments.
* Accurately pick and stage orders
* Unloading and Loading of Shipping Containers
* Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
* Driving a Forklift for staging of products; all warehousemen will receive forklift certification.
* Maintaining assigned sanitation duties
* Adaptable, can approach obstacles with persistence and a positive attitude.
* Teaming to ensure cross-functional training and efficient operations.
Uses Systems Thinking and displays an understanding of how one’s own work affects other functions or groups.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Skill/Knowledge Requirements:*
· High School diploma or Equivalent.
· 3-5 years warehouse experience.
· Forklifting experience required.
· Comprehensive problem-solving skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
*Physical Requirements*
· Ability to lift, push, and pull 20+lbs.
repetitively; also bend, squat, and twist through the duration of the shift.
