As the talent acquisition coordinator, you will be responsible for uploading candidate documents into the SCAD jobs system and attaching documentation to candidates’ applications, assisting with coordinating interviews and securing travel arrangements, and distributing interview itineraries.
In this position you will manage the scadhr@scad.
edu and scadfaculty@scad.
edu email inboxes, ensure timely completion of background and reference checks, and work with compensation staff to obtain employment agreements for new faculty, notifying recruiters when the agreement is executed.
In the role of acquisition recruiter, you will receive signed employment agreements and related paperwork, draft and send offer letters, manage the sign-on bonus process, submit forms for payment of invoices, reconcile purchases and expenses, and maintain budget spreadsheets to track expenses and prepare reports when requested.
You will be expected to prepare appropriate forms to ensure the timely fulfillment of candidate payments and job postings, issue thank you letters for the faculty referral bonus program, coordinate bonus payments with the payroll department, and track new and replacement headcount requests while maintaining the faculty and staff open position spreadsheet.
The ideal candidate must be able to update the HR recruiting coordinator manual, provide
administrative support for the faculty and staff recruiting team, and maintain confidentiality in all manners.
The candidate must be comfortable tracking and analyzing data related to recruitment and position management, providing data for the President's Report, and answering the SCAD HR main phone line, providing accurate information, customer service, and follow-up for internal and external callers.
Duties may vary and others may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
At least two years of related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Travel required:
Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.
m.
to 5:30 p.
m.
