*The care/experience I have obtained since 1998 are as followed: Private Duty Care, Cancer Patients Care, Mental Health Care, Hospice Care, Post Surgery Care, Nursing Home Care/Geriatrics Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy with ROM(Range Of Motion Exercises), and treatment of Bed Ulcers.
I perform common tasks associated with home management and personal supportive care for an individual's activities of daily living.
This may include housekeeping, cooking and running errands as well as providing hands-on support for transferring in and out of a wheelchair, bedside commode, shower chair, bed, dressing, bathing, and administration of meds.
I have my own transportation with insurance, registration, a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
