Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team.
The Case Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our Personal Injury legal team, as well as assisting with file management and client relations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and be a highly motivated self starter.
Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents
- Manage and maintain case files and document management systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Interview clients and gather necessary information for case preparation
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence and maintaining calendars
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
*Qualifications*
- Proficient in software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
