Im looking to rent a room within 30 miles from savanahh (Savannah)

Hey I’m an early forties male.
I’m completely straight and would prefer to rent from a female but as long as there’s no weird shit I’m open to renting from anyone.
I currently live in the Atlanta area.
I’m moving to Savannah for my job at the end of the month.
It’s me and my dog.
She is an older lab and not aggressive at all.
I’m a straight up guy.
No drugs or weird stuff and I have a car and no drama.
I’m looking to rent a room or basement or something while I’m getting settled in.
I have no issue paying rent on time and I do not cause any problems or bs.
Work and come home and I’m willing to compromise on anything that may come up.
I’m not real familiar with the area but would like to be at least reasonably close to my job.

I hate using Craigslist but I’m not familiar with any other apps or sites to look for a room on.
