I have a cat and dog.
Water trash gas internet etc all included.
Looking for someone that keeps to themselves and doesn't have people over all the time.
If you smoke there is an enclosed porch.
No smoking in the house.
Just a cheap room in a trailer in Garden City.
Nothing fancy.
Very close to bus lines downtown lots of stores and restaurants.
