Looking to rent a older used mobilehome (Savannah)

One senior looking to rent a older used mobile home.
Prefer away from the city downtown, in a quiet safe area, no mobile home park please.
Nothing fancy but liveable and in good sanitation.
Must have good operating appliances, able to pass housing inspection.
I'm respectful , and very clean, history of excellent on time rental payments on the 1st.
I've been on this site for almost a year, really hope there is a mobile home available for me.
